Wind energy in Denmark - report from the Danish Energy Agency.

- Evolution in Danish Energy policy since 1970 - how Denmark focused on renewable energy to replace imported fuel (From 99% dependancy to selfsufficiency of 120%), Rise in BNP at the same time as decrease in energy consumption as a result of increased energy efficiency, Strong focus on wind energy, district heating (60% of habitats in denmark use district heating), co-generation, biogaz, biomass and wave energy. Denmark is still dependant on fossil fuels, the dependance is decreasing, and the plan is to be 100% fossil free (including transport).
