WORK - MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS- FRANCE
Apart from being leader of the trade department at the Danish Embassy I amresponsible for the sectors energy, environment, and construction, which I find higly interesting, as it is sectors where you need to closely follow the changes in the market, environment, political decisons and adapt strategies accordingly. I have previously been responsible for the Telecom and IT sector as well.

- Strategic analysis and advice on market developments, market strategies, political, legal and environmental factors that influence the market, competitior analysis...
- Identification and contact to key decison makers, networking, organisation of meetings, campaigns, public diplomacy and gouvernment relations.
-Advice and negotiation in connection with private and public tenders, contracts, sales, staffing, legal and political matters.
- Development of efficient sales and marketing strategies, positioning, segmentation, distribution, pricing, change of market development strategies over time...
